The site required a lot of equipment, from cutting to breaking and carting away.
2 zones total of 1420 of square meters to be cut, lifted, broken and carted away outside the site scope based on ground level of post tension slab. the client has decided to re-design this area and rebuild a higher level slabs from the existing one.
The challenges was based on below factors
The time frame was very tight, however we accepted the challenges by approving the time frame after the value of our engineering, and taking into consideration all the factors that can affect our time frame from not being able to work at night due to residential area, to moving big trailers and cranes at the boulevard which is full of vip people and a very sensitive area of EMAAR.
Therefore we have worked only during the day with our non vibration HILTI coring and cutting machines and our professional team of cranes and flat trailers to keep the place organized and neat without affecting the boulevard traffic flow .
